How we handle your data.

What we collect

• Seat request form: your name, email, LINE ID or phone number, role and company, your operating system (Windows or Mac), what you want to get done, and the language you used.
• Attribution: if you arrive from an advert or a shared link, the campaign tags in the address (utm parameters and fbclid) and the page you landed on are saved with your request, so we know which channel works.
• Meta pixel: only if you accept it in the bar at the bottom of the page, Meta's pixel records that you visited and which pages you viewed, to measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
• Cloudflare: the network that serves the site keeps short-lived traffic and security logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested.

Why we use it

• To answer your seat request personally and send you the date, venue and payment details.
• To run the course: prepare the right exercises for your operating system and goals, and reach you on the day.
• To measure whether advertising brings people who are a good fit, so we spend less on adverts that do not.

Where it is kept and for how long

• Seat requests are stored in a Neon database, and a copy is emailed to Stan through Resend.
• We keep them for the current course cycle. Email us at any time and we delete your request earlier.
• Your choice about the Meta pixel is stored in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.

Who else receives data

• Meta Platforms, only if you accept the pixel; its use of the data follows Meta's own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare, Neon and Resend process data on our behalf to serve the site, store requests and send email.
• Google, only when you load the Thai Native Gems prototype, which fetches its fonts from Google Fonts. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Stan answers personally.
