Your team stops asking AI questions and starts finishing work with it.
One working day inside your company. We build the exercises from your team's actual tasks, run the room in Thai and English, and finish with workflows your people use the following week, not slides they forget.

Why companies call us
Your people have AI tools. Almost nobody is doing work with them.
The licences are bought.
Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini: paid for, installed, and used for emails and translations. The expensive work has not moved.
The seminars were attended.
Your team has sat through AI keynotes. They can explain what a model is. They cannot make one fix a spreadsheet or draft a compliant reply to a customer in Thai.
Nobody owns the gap.
IT sees a tool. HR sees a training line. The CEO sees a promise that has not turned into hours saved.
The Workroom day closes that gap with your team's own tasks, on their own machines, with results the sponsor can inspect at 16:30.
Outcomes, not exposure
By 17:30 you have evidence, not enthusiasm.
- 01Finished tasks
- Every participant completes at least one real job from their own queue during the day.
- 02Workflow register
- A one-page list of what each person will run weekly, with a date they show it to their manager.
- 03Built assets
- Every calculator, checker, drafter or form built in the room, zipped and handed to your IT lead.
- 04Recovery log template
- The method for directing AI safely on company machines: state, inspect, approve one change, test, record.
- 05Evidence brief template
- Your company's format for AI-assisted research that separates sources from assumptions.
- 06Follow-up half-day
- Booked before we leave. What broke gets fixed, the next tasks get built, roll-out is planned.
The programme
Eight working hours. Four kinds of AI help. Your tasks.
We do not hide the technical parts and we do not dress them up. Your team learns enough about files, access, sources, licences and testing to direct the work deliberately.

Before the day
Scoping call with the sponsor, then three real jobs chosen. Each participant submits one task they hate. Laptop checklist sent five days ahead.
Arrival and setup
Thai team checks every laptop. No lost minutes at 09:00.
Why this day is different
The one idea: give AI whole jobs. The four kinds of help and when each is right. Company data and PDPA: what goes into which tool, what never leaves the building.
Covered on the record for the sponsor
01Operate your laptop
Give AI access to files, settings and applications. Find the lost folder, install the app, diagnose the launch failure. Learn the rhythm: state, choose, inspect, approve one change, test, record.
Deliverable: Recovery log
Break
02Challenge a decision
A live question from your scoping call becomes a sourced investigation. Then the AI attacks its own recommendation.
Deliverable: One-page evidence brief in your formatThai-language variant runs in parallel
Lunch
03Understand what you download
Read a small open-source project: setup, folders, dependencies, licence. Run it. Know what “free” costs and what you may legally reuse. Condensed for corporate teams.
04Build something useful
Each participant takes the task they submitted. Plan, build, open in browser, test the important paths. Ask for changes without losing control. Trainers circulate, Thai team unblocks in Thai. Typical builds: quote calculator, document checker, LINE reply drafter, monthly report generator, internal form.
Break
Make it repeatable
Today's method becomes a saved workflow the AI runs again next week. Write the checklist, test it on a fresh case.
This is what answers “will they still use it in a month”
Show and tell
Six participants demo in three minutes each. The room votes on what rolls out first. The sponsor sees results on day one.
Commitments and the 30-day plan
Workflow register completed. Follow-up half-day booked. Deliverable pack handed over.

Where we are
Five founding companies. Documented in full.
The Workroom is onboarding five founding companies in Q4 2026. Founding companies receive the full programme at a reduced rate in exchange for a written case study: what the team built, hours saved in the first 30 days, and what did not work. Those case studies will be published here with the company's approval.
No logos appear on this page that have not completed a programme.

Who runs the room
Taught by someone who has owned a P&L.
- Former Chief Revenue Officer
- Former Chief Strategy Officer
- AI operator + builder
Stan spent his career as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Strategy Officer before becoming a hands-on AI builder. He teaches from that seat: what a CEO needs to see, what a department head will actually adopt, and how to tell a working result from a demo.
Stan started in business development, cold-calling for an analytics-tracking company in the affiliate-marketing space, and rose through the ranks to Chief Revenue Officer. Revenue doubled year on year as he moved up. He then spent a year as Chief Strategy Officer at an insure-tech startup that came to lead its market within that year.
- From cold calls to Chief Revenue Officer
Analytics-tracking company in affiliate marketing. Revenue doubled year on year during his rise from business development to CRO.
- Chief Strategy Officer, insure-tech
One year at a startup that came to lead its market within that year, with Stan bringing in revenue as well as strategy.
- A US$500,000-a-year system, replaced with AI
Built on his own with AI tools; the replacement cut the fee by 90%. The same direct, build, check method this course teaches.
The Thai co-trainer and assistants run parallel explanations, Thai-language exercise variants and one-to-one unblocking, so Thai-first staff work at full speed all day.
Questions sponsors ask
The practical details.
Do participants need to be technical?
No. They need a real job they are responsible for and a laptop they can install software on.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever your company already pays for, plus platform-neutral alternatives where yours falls short. We are not a reseller.
Is company data safe?
The day opens with a data and PDPA segment. We work inside your existing tool policy and can run the whole day on your approved tools only.
Can the whole day be in Thai?
The lead instruction is in English; every explanation and exercise is available in Thai from the co-trainer in the room. A Thai-led day for larger Thai-first teams is available on request.
Where do you deliver?
Bangkok at no travel cost. Anywhere in Thailand quoted on the scoping call.
What happens after the day?
The follow-up half-day is included. Continued monthly support is available for companies rolling out to more departments.
How do we pay?
Invoice from a Thai entity, 50% on booking, 50% on delivery. VAT and withholding handled.
Next step
Twenty minutes to scope it. One day to prove it.
