The work, not the buzzwords

You will work throughfour concrete outputs.

  1. 01

    A solved computer task

A prepared Windows or Mac exercise covering files, applications, access and troubleshooting.

  2. 02

    An evidence-backed brief

A business research question tested against current sources, assumptions and alternatives.

  3. 03

    An open-source system map

A project run locally, its structure explained and its reuse boundaries checked.

  4. 04

    A working digital build

A landing page or bounded prototype inspected in the browser and prepared for another iteration.

Is this for you

Bring a laptop and a real reason to learn.

A good fit if you are

  • Responsible for business, client or operational work
  • Comfortable using a laptop but new to deeper AI-assisted work
  • Ready to follow structured exercises and ask specific questions
  • Interested in methods that transfer across AI products
  • Able to follow business English; you do not need to speak it fluently

Bring

  • A working Windows or Mac laptop and charger
  • Administrator access to your own device
  • Access to an AI tool that can do the exercises; the AI subscription is not included
  • One business or professional task you want to investigate

The classroom

  • About 30 seats, depending on the venue
  • Stan leads, with at least two Thai-speaking assistants in the room
  • Exercises prepared for Windows and macOS
  • Structured exercises with help on the floor, not one-to-one technical support

What the day does not promise. One day will not make every participant a software engineer, system administrator or production application developer. The goal is practical agency, a stronger mental model and experience completing bounded work.

Meet your instructor

From commercial leadership to hands-on AI building.

Stan

Stan is a business strategist, practical AI operator and builder.

Stan started in business development, cold-calling for an analytics-tracking company in the affiliate-marketing space, and rose through the ranks to Chief Revenue Officer. Revenue doubled year on year as he moved up. He then spent a year as Chief Strategy Officer at an insure-tech startup that came to lead its market within that year.

Track record

  1. 01
From cold calls to Chief Revenue Officer

Analytics-tracking company in affiliate marketing. Revenue doubled year on year during his rise from business development to CRO.

  2. 02
    Chief Strategy Officer, insure-tech

One year at a startup that came to lead its market within that year, with Stan bringing in revenue as well as strategy.

  3. 03
A US$500,000-a-year system, replaced with AI

Built on his own with AI tools; the replacement cut the fee by 90%. The same direct, build, check method this course teaches.

In that role he also did the kind of work this course teaches. On his own, using AI, he replaced a critical piece of software that was costing the business more than US$500,000 a year in fees, and cut that cost by 90%. Today he applies the same method across software, business research, product strategy, websites, marketing and everyday computer work: move a real project from an unclear idea to a working, tested and understandable result.

What that looks like in practice

  1. 01
    Build and deploy digital systems

Websites, landing pages and registration systems taken from initial concept through cloud deployment.

  2. 02
    Understand unfamiliar technology

Diagnose software problems, identify unfinished work and adapt open-source projects into new prototypes.

  3. 03
    Research, test and challenge

Conduct evidence-based research, expose delivery risks and establish clearer testing and release requirements.

  4. 04
    Turn strategy into working output

Create reusable AI workflows, complete marketing systems, working demonstrations and practical next steps.

Stan created The Workroom after seeing how much of this capability remains inaccessible to ordinary AI users. Most people learn how to ask AI questions. Very few learn how to give it context, tools and access, supervise the work, inspect the result and understand what remains their responsibility.

The day, hour by hour

Start with ordinary computer work. Finish by building and inspecting something useful.

The day progresses deliberately. Every new capability builds on the previous one, so GitHub, permissions, applications and websites are explained rather than assumed.
